Disliked: NOISIE, HOSTILE CUSTOMERS in near by room waking everyone up at 3 o'clock in the morning and disgusting language. They started at about 3 in the morning and carried on until about 5 in the morning. One feature of the room was that the window couldn't be locked which made us feel very unsafe with what was happening out side our room.

Liked: was close to our event, easy to get to, friendly staff, room clean. allowed early check in. it's dated on the outside, could do with sprucing up but rooms are nice and clean inside.
Disliked: only teaspoon in room, no other cutlery, have a toaster but no knife,
