Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The rate was excellent, and all of our accommodation requests were met with care. To our delight, we were even upgraded to a room with a spa bath - a lovely surprise that made our stay extra special.For such a reasonable rate, we had access to fantastic facilities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym, and beautiful gardens. The free breakfast was a great start to our day, and the inviting reception area added to the welcoming atmosphere. Our toddler especially loved exploring the front room and hallway filled with model houses - it was such a unique and charming touch!The festive decorations throughout the hotel truly added to the magical feel of our visit, and the staff’s warm hospitality made us feel right at home. When we realised we’d accidentally left our night light behind, the team promptly arranged for it to be sent back to us, which we greatly appreciated.We can’t wait to return and plan to stay even longer next time. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable getaway!
Disliked: All good! Just perhaps the proximity to shops. Better shop essentials before checking in.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Hotel and grounds were pleasant. Staff were nice and friendly.
Disliked: Bedroom was on the small side, bed was a little uncomfy. Leisure facilities weren't too great.

cheap in comparison to other...

Liked: The hotel is a rural setting, there's ample car parking although it's a little walk to reception. The reception area has a large open fire which we really like with a stair case up to the rooms leading from it. The pool was a little noisy in that none hotel guests (spa members) can use it and their kids can scream and run wild, not a lot of seating around the pool, however the Jacuzzi, Steam room and sauna was ok. Bar staff could have stayed in the bar area perhaps rather than having to ring the bell when you want a drink but it was quiet and suspect that staff had other things to do as well. Breakfast is self service and was ok.
Disliked: Pool was full of screaming kids with footballs being launched around and flotation aids everywhere!!

Liked: Breakfast was very good choice well cooked very relaxing stay.
Disliked: Poole could be a little warmer

Liked: Lovely and clean, beautiful location and lovely welcome.
Disliked: If I had to be picky the pool is far too cold but didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it on our visit.

Disliked: Some rooms in the hotel are now looking tired. The mattress in our room was not as comfortable as before, the bathroom needs restoration, and the TV reception was poor
