Liked: The room was modern clean and comfortable
Disliked: Arriving at reception there was a wedding due to take place that afternoon the hotel was busy and obviously planning for wedding and guests.At reception there was a member of staff being trained on the system which was not a good judgement on a day when the hotel was full and a wedding being catered for.

Liked: Comfortable quiet rooms. Excellent service at dinner time. Good food.
Disliked: Slow breakfast service. Leave plenty of time in the morning. It’s worth the wait.

Birthday overnight

Liked: Room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were very nice and the food was amazing had a lovley evening meal then a delicious breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The only thing about our stay was we got overcharged at our evening meal for extra drink we didn't have, but I complained and it was dealt with straight away, and we got a complimentary drink each.

Very good, will stay again.

Liked: Very quiet rooms, clean and modern.
Disliked: There was no room service available by phone from the room. You would have to ask at reception.
