Possibly our last stay

Liked: Our first couple of visits were fab.However, the last couple of times we have stayed, the hotel has been extremely busy.On the last visit, we were turned away from the pool during the splash hour as it was full. Our room was next to the external back door, which bangs at all hours, and there was nowhere to sit at the Children's disco.This time, I arrived at 1pm, paid £10 for the children's activity pass, only to be turned away at the kids' club as it was already full. I tried to reserve a table in the restaurant, but the earliest they had was 8pm. We attempted the Children's disco again this time, and again, there was nowhere to sit, so my 6 year old had to sit in the bar upstairs.After requesting a quiet room, we were put right next to a staircase where there was constant footfall until 11:30pm and began again around 7am. The children's bunk beds were right next to the wall on the other side of the stairs. I did mention this when checking out and was told to speak to a member of the reservation team when rebooking. But I had already done that prior to this visit. The hotel has so much potential for families, but unfortunately, it hasn't been as enjoyable for my family recently.
