Great place to stay

Liked: The whole Hotel was great, very friendly staff, great food, comfortable rooms., clean, great decorating, ready for Christmas.
Disliked: Drinks were a bit expensive, but you could go out, as we were only there the one night, we didn't.

Clean and comfortable for a...

Liked: The room was clean and bed and pillows comfy. Water pressure and temp was great in tub and shower. Enjoyed soaker tub after long days of travel. The towels are soft and as big as a blanket!Room service was available so we could relax in the room. Check out was 11 which was relatively later than we are used to which was nice.
Disliked: Had to make reservations for dinner and wait was nearly an hour and half without them. Had to ask twice for ice and nobody answers reception the first five times you call down. They say to just keep calling until someone answers but it was annoying. We went down in person and same thing--ring bell and wait. The room was on the smallish size. Ok for the 2 of us for a night or two but any longer and I would recommend upgrading to a suite.

Liked: The hotel stunning, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Noisy doors when closing that can be heard from the room.

Liked: absolutely beautiful hotel rooms and food out of this world .staff very helpful

Liked: The room was awesome and bed really comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast again was fantastic.Every member of staff encountered was really friendly .Already booked for December and treating customers to a meal in restaurant.
