Liked: Hotel is well maintained. I was checked in warmly. Room size is decent. Cafe, bar, mini market down in the lobby. Free shuttle from/to airport. Be reminded to check with reception for early morning shuttle schedule. Ideal place for quick overnight stay for those traveling thorugh DFW.

Pleasant

Disliked: The airport shuttle never came to pick us up. After several phone calls and over an hour of waiting we eventually had to get an Uber to transport us from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was nice but will stay somewhere else next time with more reliable transportation.

Liked: Clean, good location
Disliked: Overpriced with no amenities, had to pay extra for parking and there isn’t a free breakfast. No towels in the pool area for two days. I would honestly rather stay at a Holiday in.

Liked: The person who checked us in. The hotel. Buffet was good.
Disliked: On our 2nd night the gentleman working the front desk when we had to check back in. He was very rude and treated us very poorly. It appeared I was frustrating his because I was unaware of the process. He decided that he would correct me saying he was there when I checked in and what she told me that I had forgotten. He should have remember she put notes in. We flew in on Friday night from Tampa that had a major hurricane. If I forgot something for whatever reason it's his job to politely remind me and not be a jerk. Our room also smelled like mildew. The paint was peeling under the window. So that's why I said the price was not worth it. We only slept in the room and after evacuating for the hurricane we were just too tired to complain.

Disliked: Paid WiFi - really? Stupid. Paid breakfast? Really? For the cost of one night it should be complimentary.
