Work travel. Comfortable and good...

Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was comfortable and bed was comfy.
Disliked: The shuttle service was very disappointing. I called the hotel prior to arrival to make sure I knew exactly how to utilize the airport shuttle. I advised the hotel staff that I would be arriving late, around 10pm at night and they assured me that the shuttle runs 24 hours. I called once I landed and was told to go to a specific location at the airport for pickup and was told they would call me if I wasn’t there. I waited 40 minutes at the location and the shuttle never came. As a female traveling alone late at night I was extremely upset that not only did the shuttle not come but after I gave up and ordered a cab, I never received a phone call from the shuttle asking if I still needed the shuttle, which is what the hotel staff told me would happen. I don’t believe that the shuttle ever came. Again, as a female traveling late at night alone this is concerning. This was my only complaint. Everything else about my stay met expectations.

Disliked: I didn't know about the parking fee, as I arrived very late. It was dark so I didn't see the sign in the parking lot explaining how parking works. I wish the registration clerk told me about parking, but it isn't a big deal.
