Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed the location and the comfort; the hotel was very clean and the bar area was enjoyable. Very relaxing and affordable. Parking was free as well.

Liked: Parking was included and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: Housekeeping came knocking on our door before 9a.m.

Was there for the market. The hotel is very convenient to market and there was transportation as needed. The hotel was very nice - clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Plan to stay there as often as I go to market. Nicest hotel that I have stayed at in Dallas in the last 12 years!

Worst experience ever for the...

Liked: Was not advised of incidental fees in advance. What if I would not have had the extra $150. Me and my kids would have been stranded 3 hours from our home. Was not provided enough towels or blankets for the room. Had 2 tvs with 1 remote. Staff was very rude. Pool was advertised but was closed. I could have booked somewhere that had their pool open. Everything about the trip was a complete disaster

Liked: Clean and comfortable beds, quiet room
Disliked: No ice machine, guests must go to reception for a bag of ice. Water in the room is $9. Breakfast information was not given at the desk.Only one bath towel and the sitting area really needs a coffee table.

Liked: The pool wasn’t open , breakfast was not included as mentioned , and was charged over 1000 when I had already booked on bookings

Terrible experience

Disliked: I was put in the corner near fire exit very last door in the hallway.Also the kids next to my room were playing loud music ,the boy starting beating on the girl and then a big fight broke out .After all that I had to wait until the cleared my door to go report the incident only for her to call the room before I was moved.,so I had to risk not get confronted by these kids.Then once I got to my new room and ask the next day for room service they come to clean my room didn't mop and they changed my covers and put my pillows on the floor and when one of the ladies stated to change my pillowcases the other lady told her not too .Just a terrible experience all together

Liked: Really enjoyed the room. The shower was also wonderful good water pressure.
Disliked: We didn’t like that the room didn’t have a microwave. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive, might want to put it in booking information that you charge and that it doesn’t come with the room. Brought 2 candy bars for $10,50 they weren’t king size either. Little expensive.

Very disappointed

Disliked: We chose this location for the pool and the pool was closed. Then we found blood on the sheets of our bed. The A/C didn't work
