At the last minute my 10 year old grandaughter wanted to go on the trip with us, so I called the front desk and asked if they had a cot or fold out bed or something that my grandaughter could sleep on. At first they told me yes and that it would cost $10.00 so I said that it was fine and asked them to bring one up to the room. Then I was told it was $15.00. I then said that was fine and to put one in my room because I had to go out. When we returned to the motel there was no bed. I called down to the front desk and asked where the bed was then I was told they didn't have any. So I ended up sleeping on the floor. Worst night of our trip.

Liked: Well, I liked the fact that the cockroach in the corner of the room was already half dead. I will not return to this disgusting hotel.
Disliked: The local restaurants would not deliver to this motel for various reasons.

Disliked: (Note) I am a super polite, understanding person. There was a woman who worked at the hotel who came upstairs being extremely and excessively rude about people checking out. I had my door open to tote down my bags and another guest was standing outside of my room (watching an incident unrelated to me) with a newborn puppy. The hotel employee walked to the threshold of my door and loudly told me that I was going to have to pay an additional $25 because of the dog. Mind you they were both complete strangers to me and all I was doing was packing up my things to check out. Myself and the woman with the puppy both told the employee we didn't know each other and I politely stated that she should have asked me before approaching me in a disrespectful tone and manner. I informed the gentlemen at the front desk who apologized and stated he would speak with her, but I watched her continue to antagonize and disturb guest 2.5 hours before check out time. The other employees were very kind and helpful, but I wouldn't want to book with this hotel again because of the female room attendant and her provoking, disrespectful, assumption based and ignorant actions.
