At the last minute my 10 year old grandaughter wanted to go on the trip with us, so I called the front desk and asked if they had a cot or fold out bed or something that my grandaughter could sleep on. At first they told me yes and that it would cost $10.00 so I said that it was fine and asked them to bring one up to the room. Then I was told it was $15.00. I then said that was fine and to put one in my room because I had to go out. When we returned to the motel there was no bed. I called down to the front desk and asked where the bed was then I was told they didn't have any. So I ended up sleeping on the floor. Worst night of our trip.

Disliked: No phone in room, room was dirty, smelled extremely bad, fumes coming out of air conditioning. Sink and tub, filthy dirty, walls dirty, bed, was like, sleeping on a frame. People, parked, purposely, throughout the night and early morning, with their loud music, right in front of my room.My car key, came off my key chain, as I went in to check out. I was locked out of my car and had to contact AAA, to unlock my car. It was storming outside, I asked, if I could wait, inside, until, AAA, arrived and the man, that was working told me" NO" Who would tell a woman, with a dress on, a walking boot, cask on hand , it's storming outside and you wouldn't let her stand inside, the little dry area, until, the the tow truck get their to unlock her car?

Disliked: The guy checking us in was not at all helpful nor friendly. He pointed to the sign that was on the window. Walls are super thin and can hear everything from neighbors. Cleaning was atrocious. The bathroom looked as though it was condemned. Roaches were everywhere in there. There was a missing chair at the desk. No breakfast and more. I could go on and on and o n

Liked: Location was pretty good.
Disliked: I stated here a few years ago and I’d wager to guess that it hasn’t been cleaned again since then. Light fixtures were duck taped onto the wall. Air filters were disgusting. Both walls and ceilings alike were stained w various shmears. Luckily there were at least 4 police squad cars in the parking lot w bright lights shining on the first building so physical safely was less a concern.
