Disliked: I have visited this hotel on quite a few occasions and it seems to lost it’s edge on cleanliness detail its a shame! As it was my favourite place to stay and dine

Liked: Really luxurious & a lovely atmosphere, the staff were all soo welcoming & kind from the time we walked in till the last minute. One of my fav hotels for sure & will definitely come back soon

Liked: To be honest I love the theme as its very warm and cosy but the main thing is the staff, they’re the most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever come across

Top quality hotel we would...

Liked: Absolutely top quality . Good quality furnishing everything you needed and very comfortable and spotlessly clean as you would expect. Ultra efficient, courteous, smart and friendly staff . Great location near to Piccadilly . We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment .
Disliked: It was on the pricey side to stay over however the drinks where’t too bad (Manchester prices) . It was a special treat and we would stay again:-)
