Liked: Large, clean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff
Disliked: Quite a lot of noise from students returning from nights out which made it difficult to sleep.

Cleanliness excellent staff friendly, helpful...

Liked: Location excellent as I was visiting my granddaughter who is studying at the Glasgow school of art and has an apartment opposite the hotel. Easy walk into town for shops restaurants etc.
Disliked: The only criticism is I am not a fan of colour drench scheme which is in the hotel I found the rooms very dark. Also it maybe would have been nice to have a bath robe.
