Liked: Ruslana was amazing super kind. The facilities were perfect, location super comfortable. Would stay again
Disliked: I found a spider in the bed, and a little bit more cleaning under the bed.

Liked: A great place for the costs. Good location, near the city centre. Quite comfortable beds. Room has a TV and a table with chairs. There is a cabinet for tea/coffee in the shared area, and although breakfast is not included, is a nice addition.
Disliked: Although this is minor, the cabinet for tea and coffee was not always filled and it was hard finding clean cups at some point. One of the beds showed slight signs of use.

Ideal location for a city...

Liked: Super friendly staff, big room and bathroom, great location
Disliked: Fans in the bathroom turn off quite quickly, so post-shower the room gets quite steamy. Also a plug close to the table would’ve been nice

Liked: A place that is different from the templates that the hotels have, that you think that you are in the same room whatever you go.

It was a nice, clean...

Liked: It was an enormous room with a big space for clothes and luggage. The part I like most is the sofa since I can sit down and rest and make my phone calls in a comfortable environment. In addition, there was a big desk to work for two people. The room and bathroom were clean enough. It is well-located, and you can reach the tram to the city centre by just walking for 2 minutes or to the underground in 10 minutes. The hotel is on the second floor, but it also has an elevator inside the building, so the luggage was not a problem.
Disliked: The double bed is a combination of two single beds, so after the first night, it moved and was hard to fix, which was a little bit uncomfortable. The walls are okay, but you can still hear the sound of the other rooms if they are not quiet enough. The lights are a little dim, which is good for sleep or a cosy atmosphere, but sometimes it needs more light.
