Liked: THE location Amazing spot, specifically for Semana Santa we had a privileged view of from our room. Monica was of an amazing service regarding the luggage storages and early check-in,even though we only stayed 1 night it was quite spectacular.

Pleasant

Liked: The location is stunning. Admission by code and the keyless locks worked very well (no losing keys or key card - everyone could come and go). Although we didn't spend any real time up there, the roof terrace was very pleasant. Our housekeeper was very friendly and efficient. The accommodation is clean and kept well supplied with towels and toilet rolls.
Disliked: The accommodation is really just a number of small and somewhat dark serviced rooms. There is no reception and no facilities anywhere to make or get a drink.It is somewhat tired and in need of various repairs and updating. The showers are fixed to the wall by a cheap, plastic bracket with no possibility of changing height or direction so, if like me you are less than 5' 7", getting any water on you is impossible. Surely this is something that can easily be remedied. Also, some bigger towels would be nice. The hairdryer could be used in the bedroom if only for a mirror in there. However, having read previous reviews, we were expecting most of this.

Liked: Brilliant location right opposite the cathedral. Automated entry system was easy to use and much better than having to carry around door cards or keys. Spotlessly clean throughout.
Disliked: There are no catering facilities whatsoever. It is basic room only accommodation.

Horrific! Dirty, no communication, nothing...

Liked: Horrific, horrific, horrific!! Have never had such a bad stay. The room is damped, extremely small (we booked a 3 person room but it was even impossible for 2 people to stand in the room let alone 3 people and the suitcases), very dirty and nothing like the photos! Tried contacting the hotel mutliple times but the average response time of the hotel was over 12h!We couldn’t stay and had to book another hotel. There is nothing to like about the hotel!

Room with a fabulous view-

Liked: I loved the spectacular view- right across the street from a gothic cathedral! Wow! And the price was good for this fabulous location, so close to everything. But I had trouble understanding the voice giving us codes. I don’t use my phone overseas unless I can connect to Wi-Fi. And the speaker was scratchy and stopped working, had to redial. Never got the code to where we were to stash bags before checking in. Couldn’t get help when we weren’t able to access Wi-Fi. Otherwise the room itself was adequate for a short stay.

Loved this boutique hotel!

Liked: Perfect location and all the communications were excellent. We stayed twice when passing through Sevilla and were so happy to be right in the center of town both times as we did not have a car.
