Liked: Room was clean and big, balcony was a nice bonus. Note: this was in the other hotel where D hotel had moved me.
Disliked: I did not stay in D hotel, as they asked me if I want to cancel my reservation or go to another hotel. I was totally surprised about this, as I was attending an event and obviously needed a place to stay. They booked me into another hotel nearby which was ok as such, but I was unsure the whole time what happens when I arrive in that other hotel. Well, they did have a room for me so, all good in the end. Nevertheless, I can't recommend D Hotel and won't use it next time I visit Kortrijk.

Liked: I'm sorry if my tone comes across as harsh, but As a customer, I believe that this feedback will be helpful for improving your business.Design of the hotel I like. Anything else was not good.
Disliked: Beds were to small. The quality of the mattresses was poor.The bathroom was not satisfactory; it lacked a proper door for the toilet.
