I wouldn’t stay here again

Liked: It was in a good location, it was generally clean, easy to get to trams and seemed like a safe area. The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room was tiny, smelled like cigarette smoke despite the fact that it was supposed to be a non smoking room. We told the front desk person and he said they would “look into it,” but we never heard back from anyone. The room was very hot and e we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. We ended up opening the window, but had to close it again because of the noise on the street below. Also, the sign at the front desk stated that noise had to be curtailed after 10, but some of the other guests were quite noisy, waking us out of a sound sleep.
