Disliked: I booked a suite to spend my anniversary with my partner. When I made the reservation, I chose the room, but when I arrived they gave me a room with a double bed, which is not what I paid for. I filed a complaint but they did not give me a solution.

Liked: I loved my room. It was absolutely beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows and the view were amazing. I stayed in room 517. My mom traveled with me for my work event. She absolutely loved the room as well.
Disliked: I can't really think of anything.
