It was OK. Didn't like the hospitality.

Liked: The room.
Disliked: Having to wait for someone to open the door after 11pm. Waited 12 minutes the one night alone.

Overall good but rules that...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, & eclectic.
Disliked: Parking garage issues - difficult to exit with a truck & only 15 minutes are given from checkout time to get out of the garage. Thirty minutes is more practical & better hospitality for getting packed & ready to leave. Too rushed.

Exceptional

Liked: The Cryus was absolutely stunning. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were so comfortable and well suited! The only thing missing was a microwave! The stave was incredibly nice and helpful and the restaurant on site was lovely! Plus the restaurant across the street had the best hamburgers and milkshakes!
Disliked: The parking garage was a little tricky, so allow for extra time if you have some place to be in the morning. I would have loved a microwave in the room.

Disliked: I booked a suite to spend my anniversary with my partner. When I made the reservation, I chose the room, but when I arrived they gave me a room with a double bed, which is not what I paid for. I filed a complaint but they did not give me a solution.
