Liked: The pool and spa were lovely and relaxing, our room was ok the bed was really comfy.Staff were lovely
Disliked: The food menu was the only issue really, for meals of the prices they were charging it was disappointing and not value for money to be serving frozen chips that were not cooked through. I gave feedback and it was handled well though. The breakfast was really good though with continental and cooked options

Liked: Dinner was good (Restaurant staff were lovely) Room was spacious and clean
Disliked: No greeting on arrival; waited about 10-15 mins before having to go and find someone after driving for a long period The room was very basic for the amount of money paid. There should have been more in the room considering the size of it; it just felt like it was a lot of space for a lot of nothing.Spa - Again, no greeting at desk, having to wait again another 10-15 mins to just ask for a towel to which no one arrived. The cleanliness of the changing rooms in the men's was absolutely disgusting, mould on the ceilings, dust everywhere (Air con especially), dirty towels all over the floor and floor was covered in dirt (Literally wouldn't walk barefoot), lockers had to use a padlock for a hotel which i found very strange. Once in the spa area the swimming pool water was murky, jacuzzi wasn't near hot enough, sauna benches were broken and mouldy, floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, wood in sauna on roof looked like it was burnt. Steam room had chewing gum on the walls, two lights were out, and one showed wires hanging out. Floor around the pool area was dirty.

Lovely place

Liked: Everything in this hotel was lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful.The location and surrounding was lovely Rooms were nice and big very tidy and comfy beds.The gym was a good size and plenty of equipment to useThe leisure suite was great too. Great value for money and definitely recommend this place to people and stay again. I just wish I lived locally as I would definitely become a member The breakfast was great quality too

Weekend away

Liked: The location is lovely the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The restaurant was good value and delicious. The spa is a good size and very relaxing.
Disliked: To have to wait for the use of facilities if too many in there (spa)
