Very good

Liked: The hotel is really close to the station and it's really easy to get everywhere. Included in the price of the room they offer the ticket for the public transport in the city.The room was pretty new and very comfortable with a lot of space.
Disliked: The wifi connection was a little slow sometimes and it asked me to sign in many times during my stay.

Good option for short stays

Liked: Great location next to the railway station, helpful staff, comfortable room
Disliked: Might be a bit noisy from the outside if you stay on the weekend

Disliked: They should keep a water kettle inside the room.There was a man screaming in his room on phone but that’s not their fault.

Liked: Great location super close to the central station. They give you free pass for the public transport. Super clean, spacious, new bathroom with hot water. They receive you with a bottle of water in the bedroom. They allowed me to check in at 9am.

Liked: Location. Short walk only from the main train station (Dusseldorf Hbf), many food options around with Little Tokyo not far away.Staff. Really friendly & helpful staff. Always there with a smile.Others. They gave us complementary transport tickets during our stay, which allows us to travel around the Ruhr region free using regional trains, trams, buses (but not ICE Intercity high speed trains). Super handy and saved us A LOT of money. Used that to travel as far as Essen without problem.
Disliked: Rooms. Really basic. More like dorm rooms. Even the door is opened & locked by keys (not card keys).Noise. The hotel is right next to the tram line. Super loud & noisy whenever a team passes by (which was like once every few minutes). Got better till late at night. Really didn't bother me cos I'm a heavy sleeper.
