Everything good except the loud...

Liked: Location, breakfast, staff, great room (quad)
Disliked: The extremely loud music on 2 of 3 nights. Sat night it went until after 4am. This was the only bad thing but it’s really really bad. Won’t stay again unfortunately

Customs House - Quaint

Liked: The staff were lovely and really went above and beyond. Our stay was quaint. Bathroom was amazing. The shower was large and the body wash/shampoo/conditioner/was really good quality.
Disliked: My only real complaint was the choice of sheets (no fitted sheet to sleep on) and the loud music under us when we were trying to sleep (band). TINY fridge

Amazing stay, wonderful staff, quiet...

Liked: Lovely rooms, very convenient and centrally located. Staff were wonderful - reception staff and restaurant manager were particularly welcoming. Our room was so quiet despite coming on the Easter long weekend as it was at the back of the property. The free breakfast is also a massive perk as hotel guests can choose any dish from the restaurant breakfast menu plus a hot drink, and access to juice and water (only paying for additional/ extra items).
Disliked: The only downside - which the property did communicate to us well ahead of time and we do not fault this at all - is that our room did not have an openable window, so there was no fresh air. We ran the aircon on Fan mode the whole time to keep the air circulating in our room, which made it much less stuffy.

Disliked: We had 4 Queens room and unfortunately one of the bathroom had a broken basin.But the Manager Brock did everything he could to compensate the couple : one free night and a bottle of Tasmanian Champagne.

Basic budget accommodation

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: This is a budget motel. Disappointed that the rooms were so dated compared to the photos. Small room bed was so uncomfortable, and bathroom had some spots of mould. Deceiving advertising as a hotel.
