It was meh.

Liked: It was a motel with new coat of paint. Nice people at the reception they let me check in early.
Disliked: Half of the towels and bedding had VISIBLE stains on them. I feel like bleaching and cleaning the towels is a bare minimum.

Disliked: No breakfast, i left earlier 5 days for an emergency and no reply yet if they can refund me the amount for those 5 days

Liked: Value for money, we just stayed for 1 night after the landing in Miami and before the trvelling to Orlando.Not enough time to use the pool or other properties from the hotel.
Disliked: I expected better comfort and higher "level" based on the pictures and comments here on Booking.com
