Liked: I've always liked the Curtis, good bar, good atmosphere, good people, good vibes
Disliked: That the guy at the desk said I couldn't leave at a certain time, even though there's a 24 hr front desk, he was just upset that he had to get out of his chair and wake up from his nap to open the front door for me

Disliked: Room wasn't ready when arrived. They put me in a different room that was supposed to have been worked in but clean. It was very dirty, with piles of dirt in the bathroom. Manager was apathetic about the situation and from the other workers attitudes, it was clear that the manager didn't care about any standards.Left with bedbug bites.

Bad

Disliked: The look on the face of the lady at reception when I told her I had a booking. I think because it was at 9 pm I don't know... the problem was the window in the room was not tight and you could hear all the noises from outside and the air was coming in. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The next day I asked why the window was leaking and she told me you have to press it firmly on the side. Unbelievable, I tried everything and was desperate in the end
