Liked: Amazing pool views, good location, clean and stylish communal areas.
Disliked: Very limited room service menu and the restaurant wasn't enjoyable, staff could be more welcoming and accommodating for special requests. Room keys were also small and awkward to use.

Quirky hotel in excellent location

Liked: Excellent location in the wharves and directly under the Storey bridge. Loved the style of the hotel and the art work. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Great to get the ferry to other locations.
Disliked: Only thing I would say is very small pool area and hardly any loungers.

Disliked: No notice of pool closure even though we had booked 6 months in advance. We then requested a room upgrade which the staff were great with but the bed was dirty and had to be recharged. Was really looking forward to the stay but it was dampened by the start
