Liked: Had our anniversary night here, location is great if you like be amongst it, plenty to eat and do just outside the hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, lady at reception even gave us a free drink token for the rooftop bar when she found out it was our anniversary!
Disliked: A bit on the pricier side, but location is terrific and you get what you pay for

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very cool and the interiors are quirky. Rooms are a nice size and have all you need for a comfortable stay. Very well located near many nice bars and restaurants.
Disliked: The pool and rooftop bar were closed for a private party until 5pm. After that, seats in the Flume rooftop bar were mostly reserved meaning that we had uncomfortable seats with no view. Many guests from outside the hotel could make reservations for the bar which isn't ideal for anyone staying and expecting a space at the pool and rooftop bar as advertised in photos when booking.
