A beautiful hotel with professional...

Liked: Crystalbrook Flynn is a beautiful facility in a fabulous location. The staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. I arrived early but was given room access. As a bonus, I was upgraded to a room with water views overlooking the Esplanade.
Disliked: My room had a strong musty smell that may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. I developed a headache and a blocked nose that resulted in a poor nights sleep.

Liked: Location of the venue. Rooms are simple yet elegant and feel like you are staying in style. Bathrooms are gorgeous.
Disliked: Everything was really great. Would get a room with a balcony next time.

Liked: We got um upgrade to a better room with Ocean View and they even took your luggage there. Staff was friendly, breakfast is nice, but if you go early, it’s crowded because of the tours that leave early.
