Liked: The room was clean. The staff was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They gave each of my kids a toy car. The pool was nice. Guests were all happy and friendly. There was plenty of parking. Overall a great stay!

We came to ski so...

Liked: We have stayed at the Crystal Inn several times before and the breakfast was much better then. The coffee was the worse part. Had to be constantly refilled with poor coffee and then imitation creamer. Fruit from a can and few jams for toast.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved. Rooms were hot. Too many lights at night: hair dryer, microwave, etc. No tea or coffee in rooms, yet there was a microwave. No fresh towels unless you went to front desk to ask. No trash removal.
