okay experience

Superb

Liked: It was tucked away down a side street but maybe 50yds from the main road. Plenty of eateries nearby. Very comfortable double bed and lovely en suite.
Disliked: There were several steps to the entrance which was a little difficult as I use a walker but receptionist often helped or a passer-by and there was a handrail. The decor was a little weird.

Excellent location and very good...

Liked: The Hotel is literally in the center of Lausanne and everything is accessible at walking distance. It has an amazing hidden terrace with beautiful city and lake view.
Disliked: Slightly expensive

Top service, nice rooftop

Liked: The personnel was really friendly. We asked to keep our rooms one more hour, which was not a problem.The rooftop terrace with an amazing view over Lausanne, free coffee and tea was a highlight.
Disliked: -

Great location but needs updating.

Liked: The staff. The location.
Disliked: The communal spaces feel a bit like a youth hostel, which doesn’t reflect the fairlyhigh price point. The bathroom was very dated.

Liked: Location perfect, just know that its a climb from station to walk to hotel but doable. Very nice room, bathroom great for the price.Cofffee available after 12pm, when grumpy lady not bearing down over you
Disliked: Very unfriendly staff, but they get the job done. Seriously unhappy lady in the breakfast area who not even give you water before 12pm.

Service, room and location excellent

Liked: Service was excellent, staff very helpful. Stayed four nights. Room had a nice balcony and great view. Comfy bed and very quiet at night. Close to the metro and plenty of shops. Few minutes walk to the cathedral. Would absolutely stay again. Great value for money. I’ll be back

Great location in Lausanne

Liked: Perfect location, yet quiet. Walking distance to metro, restaurantes, bars and attractions.
Disliked: The room was old fanished and super small, nothing compared to the pictures published on the website.
