Liked: The staff in the hotel was wonderful! My stay was due to a canceled flight. Got to the hotel at 12:00 a.m. and the staff were wonderful. The reservations I made through booking.com did not go through to the hotel. They had no record of it, however, honored the rate and my reservation. After being in the airport for 14 hours waiting for my flight that was eventually canceled. They made a very difficult day much better.
Disliked: Although I made my reservation through booking.com, the hotel had no record of my reservation, despite my confirmation code. Rate and reservation which was wonderful.

Great place to stay

Liked: We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, as we thought it was expensive (around US$14.00). On the same street of the hotel, you can have breakfast/lunch and dinner at the Whole Fodds supermarket - 6 min walk, at a cheaper cost - it's worth the trip to the supermarket.The hotel is near a subway station (Crystal City), which made the going to the city's museums much easier. And it's also close to the Pentagon Center shopping mall.I'd do like to thank all employers for the wonderful time we have.
Disliked: The hotel is very good. Unfortunately, the exchange rate of the real against the dollar (U$1.00 - R$7.00), at the time of our stay, was a little discouraging.
