Very good

Liked: Very clean, front desk staff were very friendly and kind.
Disliked: Well, the restaurant is under construction and the option to eat in the restaurant was awkward and weird. Seemed like 2 guest rooms opened up and weird tables set up with no windows. Kind of felt like you were sitting in a hallway or something. The waitress was super kind and I just took the food to my room.

Adequate if you just need...

Liked: Room was as expected but nothing special.
Disliked: The images on the site are very misleading as the hotel is under construction and the public areas do not remotely resemble the pictures that are being used to advertise the hotel and induce customers to book there. The degree of construction work and current state of hotel should be disclosed.

Great home base for exploring...

Liked: Solid location, walkable to the metro & many restaurants.Underground tunnel access to metro to avoid weather.Incredibly comfortable bed.Clean!
Disliked: Not much in the way of security. Anybody can access front door, which leads to the smallest, oddest "lobby" Ive ever seen, And then directly to elevators.TV didnt work. Repairman sent up and resolved quickly. Worked fine after. Vary bland aesthetic. Not a deal breaker, but dont be expecting a fancy decor.

Quick, but comfortable with excellent...

Liked: I liked the updated room and the room/bathroom amenities.
Disliked: I didn't love that the facilities of the property were in a state of construction, but I also understand that is a necessary evil to update an older property.

Good for access to metro.

Liked: Breakfast was good and the servers were very welcoming and nice.
Disliked: Location for breakfast could be upgraded. We felt like we were in a conference room. In room bathroom, sliding door was uncomfortable. A normal door or sliding pocket door would be better.
