Liked: Room was very clean, size was perfect for what we need. We were two couple, the ones that sleep in the sofa said that was very comfy. Cleaning crew pass every day to vacuum and make the bed, clean up the room. Bed was very comfy too. The beach entrance is just in hotel back. Nice pool and have everything. The only thing I would say is that the little apartment is for 4 but has 2 chairs.

THEY MUST RETURN THE DEPOSIT...

Liked: The hotel is very pleasant, the staff very polite. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The only UNACCEPTABLE thing is that they don't return the deposit immediately. I told Ms. Margarita that they checked the room, we smoked, and left everything in order. I told her I'd take her word for it, but it's an abuse to wait 3 to 7 days for my deposit back. You can go to any business in the US and the refund is immediate.

Liked: We booked 3 rooms for family members to meet us for my husband’s 50th birthday. We were a little disappointed in the first room we had as bathroom was tiny. I explained to Robert that we were hoping for a different room, with more space and bigger bathroom. He was very kimd and was able to accommodate our request. We had a great time in that bigger room, and lots of family time and lots of laughs. We had a wonderful visit in Miami and would definitely stay in hotel again. We loved having the kitchenette. And thanks again to Robert for his assistance.
Disliked: Some rooms have tiny bathrooms with no counter space. Pool could be bigger and the path to pool should be prettier with potted plants ect
