Liked: How convenient it was to get to the beach and food options
Disliked: They had no hot water, when brought up they said that happens from time to time.

This was our second stay...

Liked: Located on the beach; beach chairs (2 per room) included in the hotel price.
Disliked: The kitchenette had a dorm size fridge. A larger fridge would be great.

Liked: The girl at the front desk that was expecting a baby could not have been any more helpful, polite, courteous, and professional give that girl a raise or a promotion or both she’s been there quite some time, not her first stay Also everybody else behind the desk was helpful.
Disliked: Door frame rotted by the shower, maybe upgrade bathroom, cabinetry and make kitchen items more easily accessible

Disliked: - Old interior design and furniture. - Some of reception staff were not polite and not cooperative. We checked in so early (4:00AM), and the staff at that time told us rudely (be careful it t is 4:00 AM, he means don’t make any noises). First of all we don’t need anyone to teach us when we should be calm, and if he wants to remind us, he should be gentle.- At the checkout time (it was 11:00 Am), we had to delay because of the kids. We received call from reception at 11:30 about charging us because of delay. Then, I frankly asked them if they are already charged me then I can stay to finish my stuff without rushing. They didn’t give me clear answer. Then I called them again to ask the same question but they told me that they don’t know what I mean (most of them speak Spanish more than English ). Then I decided to rush myself and the kids in 10 minutes, we checked out at 11:40. I found out that they were already charged me because of 10 minutes and I had a chance to stay until 1:00 PM.
