Disliked: Paid for a double room with an ocean side view - got stuck in a single with a side view due to the hotel being overbooked. Management was unable to correct the problem due to my third-party transaction.

Liked: Everything looked good and the beach was right there
Disliked: as it was nice to sit on the balcony and see the beach it was so noisy I couldn't hear my friends talk. Even when we went into the room it was totally noisy. And there was no water pressure. I tried to wash my hands in the sink...barely any water came out

This is the best place...

Liked: I love the location. They have great coffee and it's available in the lobby every morning. Later it is switched out for ice water. I appreciate being able to fill my water bottle one the way out for the day. We always use the Valet parking. Matt is awesome. Always greets us with a smile and asks how we're doing.
Disliked: The mattresses are not great. I think it might be time to replace them as both mattresses in our room were way to soft and lumpy. This is my only complaint.
