Disliked: Paid for a double room with an ocean side view - got stuck in a single with a side view due to the hotel being overbooked. Management was unable to correct the problem due to my third-party transaction.

Perfect location, paid parking, and...

Liked: We stayed here so we would be near Ojai and could visit our friends. We LOVED staying here. This hotel is right on the beach, so we could walk the pier, grab some happy hour food and drinks, and then walk across to the downtown area for a nice dinner. The hotel also has a lobby bar, where we enjoyed chocolate martinis by the outdoor fire and listened to the waves crash. We enjoyed meeting some of the hotel guests, as well. There's a great breakfast spot called Moofish we really enjoyed, too. GREAT strong coffee. They had a pumpkin muffin that was to die for! You can stroll along the ocean and watch the surfers. We paid for parking next door in the garage, which was $18/night, which you'll pay at the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again!
Disliked: There's a train that rolls through at all hours that can be a bit loud, as well as highway traffic. Otherwise, it checked all our boxes.
