Liked: Great location and bar menu was of good variety.
Disliked: The small number of staff were continuously busy at the counter so you didn’t feel like interrupting and asking questions. The bar cafe was similarly limited in staff and service. I sat for quite a time waiting for someone to take my order. Also as I’m mobility disabled, the surface of the walk in shower was very slippery when wet.

Barely a four star hotel.

Liked: The breakfast was fine.
Disliked: The rooms were dirty. The salon table had stains and dirt from the previous visitors. The floor under the bed was covered by a thick layer of dust. The shampoo and body bottom bottles were empty in the shower, and there were no toiletries were provided. Overall, the building, in some places around the elevator, smells unpleasant. The elevator hall on the 9th floor smelled bad, and our keycards did not work anymore, an hour before checkout time.
