Comfortable, but service is not...

Liked: The spacious room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived nobody was at the check-in desk with no possibility to call anybody, so we had to wait until someone showed up a few minutes later. The breakfast area is cramped, crowded and not in line with the price. We requested dietary requirements with the booking, confirmed again checking in, but at the breakfast we were told we should have indicated it in advance. Overall, the customer service is lacking for a hotel at this price point.

Fabulous stay in gorgeous Utrecht!

Liked: Modern immaculately clean hotel based in shopping centre opposite main train station. I had peaceful room on top floor as requested, with powerful rain shower, fridge, tea / coffee etc. Staff all super nice, friendly & welcoming -and speak perfect English! Food great & bar team lovely. Location also perfect 2 minutes stroll from Tivoli (fabulous venue) for gigs & short walk to Utrecht’s gorgeous old town - a perfect stay & I’ll be back!
