My friends and I went to a wedding in Mississauga. I'm currently in Scarborough which is about a 30 to 45 minute drive east of this hotel. I called ahead and asked for our rooms to be beside each other or conjoined. I was on the 11th and they were on the 8th. It was all booked on one card. My room was a little small but looked renovated. Their room was a bit bigger but a little more on the shabbier side. Both faucets for the tub were falling off and we also had to pay for parking.

Disliked: Asked for conjoined rooms or rooms beside each other. We were on two different floors. Had to pay for parking. Faucets for the sinks were falling off.

Liked: Comfortable and clean rooms; friendly staff who were willing to do their upmost to make my visit enjoyable. From start (on-line reservation) to the stay was perfect!

Ghetto. I don't know who...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The shower and and all the shiny surfaces were apparently clean. I asked for a quiet room. I got a quiet room
Disliked: Shuttle service eventually came but had to wait more than a half hour for it in the cold. Floor filthy. Even basic wifi you have to sign your privacy away. Some things you take for granted not offered. On average below par, super expensive

Liked: Restaurant food was sub par and expensive There was no free coffee or water or hot chocolate outside of room

Liked: Rooms are decent sized and there are multiple elevators which makes everything quicker. They have a restaurant in the hotel and the food is pretty good and decent priced. Cleopatra was very helpful guiding us through moving around the city.
Disliked: It was a little too far from attractions but close to the Pearson airport (which they offer free shuttle)
