Liked: We loved the Huge pool and Outdoor spa.Buffet breakfast was fabulous. All the staff are happy and friendly. It was extremely clean.Very comfortable. beds and pillows. .Good size triangle bath kids loved it.View was great.Great In room Dining menu fair pricing.. Wonderful view.Good size Balcony..Pub next door .Thai and noodle box small walk.3min walk to the beach.We will differently stay here again.

Comfortable but a bit old.

Liked: Had a laundromat. Good room service
Disliked: Quite old and walls peeling off. Can smell mould. Bed was a bit dirty.

Really enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: I love the location and crown plaza . It’s the second time I’ve been now
Disliked: I thought because I had to leave early due to the cyclone I may have got a little bit of money back but we didn’t , so that’s a little disappointing
