Disliked: This was the first hotel I stayed in that you had to pay for breakfast which I thought was odd but I paid because my family was hungryThe older lady kept bothering us about if we had breakfast tickets non stop after we already gave them to her... I get there is a decent bit of people in and out getting breakfast and she probably can't remember but if you are going to have someone ask for tickets non stop have a placard or something you can place on your table after giving your ticket so you don't keep getting asked over and over again while trying to enjoy breakfast

Liked: Everything was great EXCEPT. The tub was soooo slick. I did a split from falling in tub. Could have been much worse. Told front desk and they brought up rubber Matt.Coffee was Terrible.Room was clean and comfortable

Disliked: There was a very loud noise above room which sounded like a large piece of machinery being run across the floor which woke us up early each morning. When we complained to the front desk they had no ideaWhen we got there they had a hard time finding our reservations! After about a half hour they found themRan out of coffee in the lobby Sunday morningThey only left us Decaf coffee in our room both nightsSunday morning the door to the exercise room was broken so couldn't get in!!!

Terrible experience!

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Our room was on the third floor which felt like we were second class citizens. No refrigerator in the room and I was told the third floor does not get refrigerators! They did bring me one when I insisted I needed to move!. We stayed 3 nights. No one cleaned the room. I needed to ask for fresh towels. No one restocked the coffee or tea in the room. The rug was frayed! The breakfast was cold french toast, cold scrambled eggs and cold bacon and sausage. The fresh fruit was delicious though. But not for $16! Definitely WILL NOT ever stay in this hotel chain again
