Liked: If you need a hotel near the airport, the Crowne Plaza fits the bill.
Disliked: If you are looking for a fun locale to serve as a homebase while you explore the Twin Cities, I suggest another venue. While the hotel offers all of the needed amenities, it is showing its age, especially in the public spaces.

Very disappointing, and frankly an...

Disliked: Most of the staff was rude and displayed poor customer service/basic communication skills. The room had two very noisy heaters that operated independently of each other (the room had clearly previously been two smaller rooms, which they combined to make into a “premium” one), and the heaters did not work to properly maintain a comfortable temperature. The television barely functioned and only had a few channels that actually came through. The bed had fitted sheets that were too small and kept sliding off, and there weren’t thick enough blankets on it. The shower barely let out a trickle, which is the last thing you want to discover at the end of a long day.
