Liked: Probably the exterior/the entrance.
Disliked: As soon as you walk to the elevators, you realize you’re just inside of an indoor motel 6. Not only is it the most unwelcoming room/hotel I’ve ever stayed in - but it’s truly not a pretty room, especially for a suite. The night front desk staff was the most unpleasant, unapproachable person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel check in. She was also unpleasant to reach out to when blankets for the sofa bed were nowhere to be found. No comforter was available for the sofa bed/no pillow!

Nice place to stay

Liked: The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We really did appreciate the room service. Majority of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking was nice.
Disliked: The rooms furniture, couch etc, was worn and outdated. Only one elevator was working doing our entire stay with hotel entirely booked and full. Wait was at times frustrating. Restaurant was not as displayed on website, disappointed. A few staff members could take clues from other employees and not be unpleasant.
