Disliked: The heat in our room didn’t work and it was cold . They did bring us two extra blankets snd offered to send maintenance but we were tired from a long day of travel and just wanted to go to bed.

Liked: This is like an old convention hotel tucked away with nothing around the area. If you don’t have a pet and don’t need to be in this particular location this is a very expensive hotel for what it is. There is a limited menu restaurant on the premises ( bar ) food is actually okay Service can be rude but given that there was only one person attending I will not hold that against her. But when you are tired and given an attitude that just throws you off. Room is very tight but acceptable in terms of cleanliness. Floors however not so clean. I always find this to be the issue with Crown Plaza chain in the U.S. I had to wipe the area where my pet’s water bowl will be placed or any other area I see small black sticky dots as I really don’t want to be exposed to rodent fecal matters. I felt that last time we stayed checking the bathroom. However why did we get mobile accessible room as we didn’t ask for this - I don’t know but bathroom was awful for it was impossible to shower properly and water leaking all over the floor.We couldn’t wait to leave.
