Liked: God, worst ever experience with a hotel in my whole life. All what I asked is a full refund since due to that the air conditioning was not working the whole night in the hotel. I even didn't stay,I immediately informed booking and asked to move to a different hotel, but neither booking or the hotel helped me to process a refund. Really one of my worst experiences. The hotel itself didn't communicate with me nor responded to booking. One of the worst management ever.
