Very good we will definitely...
Liked: Loved the location and the breakfast was very nice and had a variety of food choices
Disliked: The fire alarm going off at 12.40 ish in the morning

Perfect for us.
Liked: We love how central the hotel is in Stratford, our go to place to stay not to far from home.Breakfast is good, big selection.Would definitely order room service if was staying there longer.
Disliked: When busy you can’t use the swimming pool due to availability, wasn’t to much of an issue for us at the time as used in the morning

Liked: Welcoming, efficient, and very corporate surroundings, but everything ran smoothly.
Disliked: On check-in, the room we were allocated was confirmed with a walk-in shower. Due to medical conditions i have, stepping over a bath is unsafe, as I am waiting for a knee replacement.When the room was first booked, I emailed about my medical conditions and requested an accessible shower. However, when we got to our room, there wasn't a walk-in shower, just one over the bath.After returning to the reception desk, we were told there were no rooms left with a walk-in shower, and the receptionist asked who confirmed a walk-in shower when we checked in.Despite us not knowing her name, he went off to find her, leaving us with a long que forming behind us, making us feel extremely uncomfortable.We were told to wait in the allocated room until the young lady came back to reception to help us further.After a fair wait, we called down to reception and spoke to another lady about this, and as it was 7 p.m., we just wanted to get into our room to start enjoying our Valentines evening.Shortly after, the young lady, who checked us in, came to the room, apologising for the error, and gave us a lovely room as confirmed at check-in with a walk-in shower.My partner went back to reception on Saturday afternoon to enquire about taxis and if the parking was included in the room rate. He was given a card for the taxi firm, and confirmed parking was included in the package.On check out, we were presented with a bill that was more than we had expected, as we had room service Friday evening. We were informed it also includes the 2 days car parking.Once again, we explained that my partner had been down to ask about taxis info for cabs, around 5pm, used in the local area and asked about the parking charges, as I also have a disability badge.Whilst taking the parking charges to off the bill, it was uncomfortable to discuss this with people queuing again behind us.

Liked: It’s in a central location
Disliked: Very impersonal, shower didn’t work and neither did the remote control for the tv. The remote control was replaced though.
