Liked: Staff at front desk, Sara & Katie.
Disliked: One day before check in, received an email from Crowne Plaza offering an add on breakfast for £10 per person per day, I accepted & confirmed the offer. Unfortunately it was not updated & the hotel/restaurant charged me the full amount of £17 per person. Informed Alin Gorea from front desk regarding the issue & he said that it will be refunded but nothing done. Would appreciate it if the hotel can look into this matter. Thanks

Liked: Beautiful property in an excellent location with lovely staff
Disliked: The main areas , bar, hall were freezing on the coldest days of the year, dining area particularly cold ! with no explanations
