Great overnite hotel near airport.

Liked: The facilities were great- across from gym. Good location for snack and entertainment. Staff was helpful in answering questions. Good place for parking to leave for out of town with transportation to and from hotel.

Disliked: I landed with my son at midnight. I had many texts back and forth with the hotel about the shuttle service, and when I called to tell them to pick me up, they told me that my room was canceled because the payment didn't go through, which is a lie. Otherwise, I would've received a text from my bank. Casey, the manager at that moment, told me that my reservation had been canceled and that no more rooms were available. They didn't care that I was outside the airport in very cold weather with my son. No one deserves this. I spent two hours making phone calls until I found one room at The Best Western. The reality was that they overbooked because it was a big event. The way they managed the situation was really bad, and that manager should be fired.

A nice place to stay

Liked: I like the glass elevators and being able to look down and see everything. I like the water ponds in the lobby.
Disliked: I didn’t like that my door to my room was messed up and I had to keep adjusting it to be able to get in and out. I didn’t like the breakfast. I do not like the shower. I didn’t like that I asked for toothpaste and housekeeping didn’t have any.

Liked: It was a very pretty hotel, my kids enjoyed the balcony
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on it and I paid for 4 breakfast but had to ask for the buffet passes
