Liked: Close proximity to the theatre and the restaurants we dined in. Close to the waterfront.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open.

Very nice staff; very nice room. Expensive.

Liked: The bed and pillows.
Disliked: We were supposedly on a quiet floor. It was anything but. Kids running around screaming, yelling, slamming doors.

Liked: The room was fine. The staff was short and didn't say much. The property was close to where I needed to be for my event
Disliked: The staff did not greet people. You would have to stand in front of them for several minutes before they acknowledge you. While the were talking to eachother. The biggest problem we had was having a do not disturb sign on our door and house cleaning coming in. All of our personal items were out and touched. One of our ipads that was in a closed suitcase was taken by someone. The hotel " found" it in the manager's office two days after we left but there was no apology.

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful. My son was in the hospital up the street and we had to drive from Idaho. The staff helped us and we're very flexible with giving me extra days due to not knowing when we were leaving. We walked to and from the hospital so it was very convenient.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Comfortable beds. Great service from Front Desk.
Disliked: Had trouble getting in touch with Valet, which resulted in long delay to get car.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Excellent hotel. Amazing city view room, great location.
Disliked: The maid did not say hello to us when we saw her. Not friendly at all.
