Disliked: The restaurant was not open.

Disliked: We were supposedly on a quiet floor. It was anything but. Kids running around screaming, yelling, slamming doors.

Liked: Did not realise we would have to walk a steep climb from city. Ok if you have a car but if you reliant on walking then need to Uber. If you want to stay on flat around beautiful waterfront then this stay may not suit. Otherwise hotel itself was great.

Disliked: Our stay at Crowne Plaza Seattle was disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations, with noticeable hygiene issues in both the room and common areas. Additionally, the door stopper in our room was broken, and we had to call maintenance twice just to get the safe box to work, which took an unreasonably long time to resolve. The hotel’s overall condition and upkeep felt neglected, which made the stay far from comfortable. Simply offering early check-in or late check-out does not compensate for these fundamental shortcomings. For a hotel in this price range, I expected much better quality and maintenance. I would not stay here again.

Liked: The location, close to Pike Place Market, train station and bus stops, also near restaurants and cafes, courteous staff, amenities in room, the bed was very comfortable, the views from the hotel room were awesome.

Liked: This hotel is exceptional. The rooms have been renovated and they are absolutely fabulous. Clean, well equipped, sheer luxury!!
