Would stay there again.

Liked: Restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had everything I needed.
Disliked: Elevators very slow at times. When a big group came in had to wait 20 mins. to go to my room. I could not manage to climb 9 flights of stairs.

Good

Liked: Bed was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was included in the deal. Great location near a swimming event we attended.
Disliked: cleanliness of the shower was not up to snuff. My wife to a shower instead of a normal bath based on it.

Clean hotel, nasty overpriced breakfast!

Liked: Night front desk attendant was great during my checkin. He interacted, was bubbly and informative, he made me feel very welcomed. Parking lot was well lit, hotel & room was clean. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily which was a nice touch to my business trip, fresh towels and washcloths daily and even made my bed everyday!
Disliked: Breakfast! There was a small sign lowered on the receptionist desk stating breakfast was $18.00. No help staff when I initially arrived to the area, I approached the Buffett style bar (with only 4 hot items) a older lady came over as I looked over the bar and offered coffee never mentioning price.. the sausages were rubbery, eggs were made from a carton, and potatoes were so dried out like they were saved from yesterday’s Buffett and reheated. Food was not properly being attended too so the tops were creating a lot of water in the food. All in all I ended up settling for a small yogurt w/ granola, a coffee (also disgusting), one orange and some fruit. The older lady walked over half way through my meal starting that will be $18 definitely would’ve been nice to know before eating because I would have just ordered or went to ANY OTHER restaurant because that just wasn’t it ! And it wasn’t like the hotel or restaurant was busy is was 6:30 in the morning she could’ve said something!

Older hotel in a central...

Liked: It was very quiet. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The water in the shower never got above warmish. If you’re looking to have a hot shower you can abandon hope.

Liked: I always stay at this hotel when I come to town. This was the worst stay. The bathroom had hair dust and dirt. Then the heat didn’t work. The staff did bring me blankets which I was appreciative bc it helped. The next day I was given a different room with heat. But guess what? DIRTY. Someone’s underwear was left in the room on the floor. So disgusting. The next issue… I wasn’t feeling good and was having a bad night. I went to the lobby to get 2 waters and a glass of wine to wind down. I approached the front desk after i grabbed the waters and asked if I could put them on the room. A woman on the left and a man on the right were sitting in chairs with their head down on their phones. They literally looked up at me and looked down didn’t acknowledge me speak nod nothing! So then I just walked away. I turned back around just to see if that really happened and the guy hopped up and got on the computer. Idk if he did it or not. I cannot believe that happened to me. Third I had asked for a late check out bc I still wasn’t feeling good. What happened at 12:15 ish? Housekeeping knocks and ask if I was leaving. I told them I was granted extended check out. Clearly the message wasn’t conveyed. I didn’t ask for any extra accommodations or a refund. But the closer I got to home the more upset I got realizing how unacceptable that all was. This new staff. Terrible. I probably won’t stay again. Uncleanliness shows how this hotel doesn’t care about guests. Then being ignored. No.
