Decent room bad experience

Liked: The wheelchair accessible room was nice and also clean
Disliked: It's was very noisy all night. Kids and adults in the hallways crying and screaming all night. Tried to order room service cause the weather was bad and they were "too busy". So had to order skip the dishes instead. The fridge also wasn't staying cool so all our drinks etc were warm

Staff very friendly and helpful!...

Liked: It was well located. Loves the view!
Disliked: The shower could use a hand held shower head. I’m a senior and a bit overweight. So the hand held shower head would be just the thing. The pool was ok but there was some overhead pipes covered with algae and was dripping into the pool.

The have had beautiful updated...

Liked: I love the new updates. The decor was elegant and the bed some comfortable.
Disliked: I wish we would have had breakfast included.
