Liked: Comfortable beds.Easy access, regress from hotel.The M & M ladies were humerous and cute as well! Breakfast wonderful.

Disliked: Customer service the front disk they talk to you like police station, i can say after world wide travel worse hotel i ever reserved in USA, not only these hotel, you guys faaaaar away from even 1 star.You need qualified staff to work.

The staff and location made...

Liked: Location was convenient to family and activities. Plenty of rooms so we did not need to reserve too far out from our visit.
Disliked: Room fixtures and some parts of the hotel good use updating and or cosmetic repairs.

Disliked: we checked in 9:00 p.m. And front desk her name is Melanie. She was so unrespectable She didn't Do any eye contact,She didn't tell anything about the hotel. She was watching her phone the whole time,We get so upset I did leave in the morning. And I left my complain with a very nice front desk Lady her name is Sarah. And then I received the phone call from the manager and he apologized. he was so nice and professional.
