Disliked: we checked in 9:00 p.m. And front desk her name is Melanie. She was so unrespectable She didn't Do any eye contact,She didn't tell anything about the hotel. She was watching her phone the whole time,We get so upset I did leave in the morning. And I left my complain with a very nice front desk Lady her name is Sarah. And then I received the phone call from the manager and he apologized. he was so nice and professional.

Disliked: I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a microwave or fridge . I also didn’t like how I was charged $100 security deposit and it never listed such on line when I did the reservation until when I checked it and I was told it will take 15 days to get the money return to the card . Very sad . Also I found a roach under the desk . I gave fair only because the staff was pleasant otherwise I wouldn’t have given poor .

Liked: The hotel was clean and I loved the decor. I loved room service. They give you a free alcoholic beverage with every order.
Disliked: We didn't like the breakfast buffet because we paid an additional $50 and it wasn't that good or even worth it. I thought we would have been able to order breakfast off the menu. If this was a free breakfast included in room price it would have been fine.
