Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. The gym has great new equipment and has been recently refurbished. The restaurant has a good menu with high quality food. The breakfast was also first class.
Disliked: The carpark would benefit from an electric car charger.

Weekend in Sheffield.

Liked: The grand old building is in such good order. Staff are attentive and know what you need before you do. Room was immaculate and the breakfast buffet and menu are extensive and excellent quality. Fabulous Margaritas in the beautiful bar.
Disliked: The sat nav was useless in finding the hotel. It's set up high above the ring road and you access Victoria Station Road via Furnival Road near the Blonk Street junction. You drive past the Best Western Hotel. Took a bit of working it out in the rush hour on a Friday night. The private function on Saturday night meant no access to the bar area in the evening and the party went on till late. We were so tired from exploring Sheffield we slept fine.
