The most perfect stay, friendly...

Liked: On arrival to the hotel on Wednesday night I was greeted by a lovely gentleman on reception who was very polite, friendly and welcoming. I was then guided to my immaculate room and had the BEST nights sleep, the bed and the pillows were unbelievable comfortable - so much so I left a note next to the bed to let them know how comfy it was.
Disliked: Nothing

Fab time with friends

Liked: The room was good-sized, lovely, and clean; the staff was really friendly; the food was exceptional, and the Long Island Iced Tea was perfect. Would recommend staying here.
Disliked: The lift to the spa was not working again. This keeps happening, so I feel they need a different solution. Maybe put a ramp there instead. We do not want to wheelchair ourselves outside of the building and go a long way round to it, especially in bad weather.
