Liked: Location was great and public areas were clean and modern. Pool was nice touch. Customer service was excellent. Shame about the quality of food.
Disliked: Food and beverage offering was average. No offer of table water bread or olives, no upsells in restaurant. Steak was inedible for one of us and the other was cooked wrong (requested medium but rare in places). We did not mention this as we already felt awful about the other inedible steak. Breakfast was sub par; food looked like it had been out for a long time and not maintained. Bacon and sausages were tough and dry, black pudding was stuck to the serving dish. Croissants were over done and tough- felt like they had been made day before.

Liked: Friendly, efficient welcome. Breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed a meal in restaurant which was superb.
Disliked: I cannot suggest any improvement our stay was perfect.
