Disliked: Our room was very very cold when we arrived, whilst it had a heater which warmed the room, taking quite a long time, it was noisy and therefore not suitabke to be left on overnight The water pressure in the room was lowTea and Coffee at breakfast was poor , unfortunately the machine drinks were not at the standard as the food

Liked: Second Time Here. 1st Time Was ,6 Years Ago For My Wife 50th. It Was So Good Back Then I Booked It For My 50th. They Left A Card And Fudge On My Bed Which Is Lovely. I Even Met West Bromwich Albion Players Who Were Staying At The Hotel.That Must Tell You Everything About How Excellent This Hotel Is. I Will Be Back Again 100%. Thank You Plymouth X
