Disliked: Rooms outdated , cheaper hotels are nicer than this place

Liked: The bed was so comfortable
Disliked: The A/C unit wasn’t working in our room

Liked: Alana was very helpful with my reservation.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 1am!

Disliked: Having to pay an extra 30 dollars a day for so called resort fees at time of check in. So called resort fees included 2 complimentary bottles of water. WiFi and use of swimming pool..
