Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble trying to open the door to the room, but the staff was great and very helpful - gave us a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Yhe light rail is right there. Couldn't ask for a better weekend. Thanks Crowne Plaza.

Liked: Nice clean hotel. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly. I liked that thefree tram from the airport came from the rental car place right across the street to the hotel. It was super convenient after returning our car to get back here. Also easy to get back to any of the terminals at the airport.
Disliked: Housekeeping came in every day but always forgot something. One day they didn't give us any washcloths. Another day no cups or coffee. I left a note that the light was out but the next day it still wasn't fixed.
