Rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble trying to open the door to the room, but the staff was great and very helpful - gave us a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience of the door not working properly. Yhe light rail is right there. Couldn't ask for a better weekend. Thanks Crowne Plaza.

Suited my needs. I recommend...

Liked: Very nice room. Bathtub! Felt very safe. Restaurant staff very nice and helpful. 24 hour shuttle.
Disliked: Restaurant food was average and expensive for the quality. Limited menu.

Great stay if you need...

Liked: Close to airport and easy access to downtown / rest of PHX
Disliked: Feels a bit old. Breakfast included but so SO slow. Had to throw it back in 5 min after waiting 30+ min after ordering.
