This 19th-century building with its striking façade is the home of the Crowne Plaza Paris République a 4-star hotel located at Place de la République. Enjoyable

Liked: Very friendly courteous staff in both the reception and restaurant areas. Our room was large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.
Disliked: The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the centre of the city so you'll need a taxi the Metro or a bus to get around.

Very good hotel in in...

Liked: The staff, location, comfort were all very nice. The breakfast omelettes cooked to order were v good.
Disliked: Plenty of variety at breakfast. However the hot food was not kept hot. The hot plates on the buffet need to be turned up in temperature. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, beans were all cold. Pity as it would have been quite tasty.
