Delightful stay. Good décor and well fitted room. We had a pre-theatre meal in bar - excellent and good service; ditto the breakfast. Highly recommended. 5 minutes walk to Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and tram stop .

Disliked: due to fire at the hotel on the night i stayed. i had to pay for the parking at £26 plus lost my breakfast and having a shower. i have had no compensation or contact from hotel from my complaint

Liked: Very friendly staff, comfortable room. Loved that our upgrade included the extra lounge on our floor with drinks and snacks. Spa was lovely although no sauna and breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. Location was perfect and great that has a car park although it has gone up from £10 to £18!
Disliked: I did upgrade to a suite but it wasn’t actually a suite it was just a room.
