Disliked: It was great, so nothing.

Delightful stay. Good décor and well fitted room. We had a pre-theatre meal in bar - excellent and good service; ditto the breakfast. Highly recommended. 5 minutes walk to Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and tram stop .

Disliked: Toilet cystern in bedroom took at least 10 mins to fill up.Water butt empty and no cups in pool area. Steam room not hot enough, hairs on floor.

Disliked: Music until 02.45am Saturday night.Room 425 - not as much choice of refreshments as rooms on the other side of the corridor which seemed petty considering price we paid.
