Disliked: It was great, so nothing.

Delightful stay. Good décor and well fitted room. We had a pre-theatre meal in bar - excellent and good service; ditto the breakfast. Highly recommended. 5 minutes walk to Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall and tram stop .

Liked: Excellent hotel good facilitiries in room et al. Very helpful staff.

Nice staff but not great...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful.The bar staff were very good.
Disliked: The Aircon broke in our room, thankfully it was cold outside so we weren't too hot.The hairdryer didn't work at all.The shower leaked badly from under the shower screen.The kettle had clearly been used by someone to make coffee in and was dirty and smelly so we had to get it changed.The spa was poorly equipped for such a large hotel, it was clearly a big attraction as lots of people wanted to use it whilst we were there so it was hard to relax with how busy it was. The changing rooms weren't very well maintained so there were dirty towels everywhere, the floors were dirty and drenched and the showers were rusting.We got locked out of our room on our last day, we came back to the room 20 minutes before checkout and the keys didn't work. We went down to get them fixed, and again didn't work. We had to go down again and have one of the staff come with us to ensure the door would open.

Liked: The hotel was nice and spa facilities were good, however jacuzzi wasn’t working.

Disliked: Car park is too expensive.Like majority of hotels, the food is not halal, which means having to venture out.

Disliked: We booked a room with double bed, but we had two singles, there was long hairs in bath and on table in front of mirror. I went down to reception to tell them about this issue but there was no staff. We decided to leave first thing in the morning and as we left to hand key in and complain there was no staff again on desk
