The Falls are 4.6 miles/7.4 K away. $10 tax daily parking fee applies. Guests of the Niagara Riverside Resort; BW Premier Collection will find a flat-screen cable TV mini-refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker in all guest rooms. Daily housekeeping on request see desk. Free WiFi is offered. A $100 security deposit will be held per room to allow guest to use our full service restaurant & bar; available breakfast lunch and dinner and on site mini store. Great but the add on...

Liked: Breakfast with a view of River, could imagine the fire pit would be nice in warmer weather

Disappointing

Liked: The position Is good next to the river.
Disliked: I booked via booking.com a room for 5 with breakfast. However they give a voucher for breakfast for only 2 people. When I said the teller we were 5 and in my reservation there was not a limit of person for the breakfast she said that I had to demonstrate that the reservation was stating the exact Number of 5 for breakfast! Which Is impossible since Is always implicit the breakfast Is for all the occupants of the room unless esplicitally stated differently in the terms and condition when booking. At this point I asked were It was written in their policy or on the website that the breakfast Is only for 2 and She didn't show where It was written. However they granted us the breakfast for 5 the First day, the second and third we made It outside for not arguing again with the teller.

Very disappointing

Liked: The rooms were a good size & it was clean
Disliked: The location is terrible. It’s in a very rough area & there is literally nothing around the hotel except a 7-11. It’s priced way too high for the location & it’s utterly ridiculous they charge $10 a day to park there. A huge parking lot & like I mentioned in the middle of nowhere. I definitely would not stay here again
