Guests of the Niagara Riverside Resort; BW Premier Collection will find a flat-screen cable TV, mini-refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker in all guest rooms. Daily housekeeping on request, see desk. Superb

Liked: There were unruly children running the hallways after quiet hours. The hotel managed the situation very well and gave us a voucher for a free breakfast both nights.

Visit the falls

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: We stayed on the 4th floor and when getting off elevator the hallway has a musty smell, room could have been cleaned a little better did not get room service(clean towels,bed mad trash empty basic things) toilet clogged our second Night and the lights in the bathroom kept flickering on and off like it was gonna blow out
